Services described

This site describes informational offerings such as event taxonomy audits, funnel repair, metrics studio days, and release review retainers. Published prices are reference ranges only. A binding scope, timeline, and fee are confirmed in writing before work begins. This site does not process payments or provide checkout.

No guarantees of business outcomes

We deliver dictionaries, validation notes, workshop outputs, and review feedback. We do not guarantee revenue, conversion, retention, or ranking outcomes.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to cloudopsinnovations unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our site copy or playbooks as your own product.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content through forms, or scrape the site for competing commercial databases.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, cloudopsinnovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or engagements. Aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent courts serving Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
